En la playa. Easy works for piano

With the publication of this collection under the title En la playa, we aim to promote the dissemination of his works for solo piano while providing performers and students with a reference document that allows them to know part of the compositional legacy of Reveriano Soutullo. It belongs to a stage in the history of music in which solo piano works by a Galician composer of great importance such as him were relatively rare. This motivation is a consequence of our affinity for zarzuela music, salon music in general and for Soutullo's own music, as well as our commitment to rescuing, premiering, disseminating, and recording some of his works that were previously listed as "unlocated" in current catalogues. A selection of his solo piano works, including this collection, was recorded by pianist Alejo Amoedo in 2016 and published by Dos Acordes under the title Evocación (it is available for purchase in the CDs section.
