'Imaxes' represents a collection of diverse pieces inspired by elements of everyday landscapes, weather phenomena, and even animals. Pepe Evangelista, in his creative prime, presents works with a simple descriptive language and a distinctly pedagogical purpose, while maintaining a strong focus on essential musical elements such as harmony and melody, always approached with great skill. Here we discover the talent of a composer who found his expressive voice through years of work, reflection, and experimentation dedicated to the guitar and its pedagogy.
