'Ponte a tono'. Auditory learning for children, vol. 3
Fernando Ruibal, Lorena Varela
This series presents a new practical learning methodology whose main objective is to organise the musician's mind at an early age through aural and vocal education. With this book, students can delve into the essential aspects of intonation from the sound internalisation various scales, intervals, and chords within the Western musical system. The first volume begins progressively, introducing the tetrachord and its intonation, scales and their intonation, derived intervals and their intonation, and finally, melodic intonation. The proposed methodology is influenced by the Kodály method, enabling students to develop a sense of sound and intervallic proportions within an organised system. The book is complemented by tutorial videos that simplify the methodology's application. The contents are developed and organised according to musical language classes. Overall, this book represents an effort to create a method for developing the internal musical world of young musicians.
